- I have taken a number of photos, they will be sent to you in an eMail for you to examine (this ticket will be updated when the eMail is sent). Most important will be image1, which shows the machine as I found it (stuck in mid-boot) and image3, which shows the error message involving your encrypted swap partition not being found. I tried to progress past this point, but even after I tried to skip mounting that encrypted swap partition (image4), it failed to continue loading.
- I will leave further suggestions and comments for the following technician.
- I have dispatched and email containing pictures of the console output of your server. It appears there is something wrong with the swap partition or the configuration of the fstab causing it not to boot. If you wish us to perform configuration of your server that qualifies as a remote hands and eyes request (RH&E). RH&E is billed at your contracted rate, with a minimum of one (1) hour, billed in one hour increments. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

- Hi David,
- Attached are some pictures of the console output from your DS-856 server. After the first image the technician performed a reboot. After the second image another reboot was attempted. The last image is after pressing 'S' to skip mounting. The technician let it continue for several minutes and it never got past that screen. Please CC supportde[email protected] if you reply to this mail for the visibility of my coworkers.
